Refunds
*As Gracia is an independent artist, all products are made to order - therefore returns are not accepted for anything ordered incorrectly, no longer wanted or orders that are incorrectly addressed.
Once you receive your order confirmation, please ensure all information you have provided is correct, or contact contact@bygraciacarr.com before your order is dispatched if you have any amendments.
If your item(s) arrive damaged or is unable to be delivered to the correct address, please get in touch for a replacement or a full refund.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We are happy to send products anywhere in the world, but because international postage costs can vary, please get in touch to confirm shipping rates and delivery times for your country.
Invoices will be sent directly for the additional postage.
PLEASE NOTE
All orders placed after the December 12th will be dispatched from 02/01/25. Each year from November onwards, shipping delays are to be expected.
Orders are sent on time and with first-class posting, but unfortunately some orders may be delayed as a result of the increased demand on the postal service.
Transactions will be closed over the festive period, from 12/12/25 - 01/01/2026.
