Deliveries
Unless paid for otherwise, standard shipping is the default method for orders under £100. Standard shipping is sent via non-tracked international post to keep delivery affordable. While standard shipping is reliable, no live tracking number is generated for these orders. By purchasing a product without tracked shipping, you ackowledge that delivery relies on your local national postal service once the order leaves the UK. If you require Tracked Shipping for orders under £100, please contact me directly and I can guarantee delivery tracking.
A standard package cannot be officially declared as lost until 30 business days have passed from the dispatch date. If your order has not arrived after 30 business days, please send me an email.
Refunds
*I am an independent artist, and all products are made to order - therefore returns are not accepted for anything ordered incorrectly, no longer wanted or orders that are incorrectly addressed.
Once you receive your order confirmation, please ensure all information you have provided is correct, or contact bygraciacarr@gmail.com before your order is dispatched if you have any amendments.
If your item(s) arrive damaged or is unable to be delivered to the correct address, please get in touch for a replacement or a full refund.
IMPORT DUTIES, VAT & LOCAL TAXES
All orders shipped outside of the UK are fulfilled on a DDU basis (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Your order may be subject to local import duties, VAT, Goods and Services Tax (GST), or other administrative customs clearance fees upon arrival in your destination country.
As the customer, you are responsible for paying any import duties, taxes, or clearance fees levied by your local customs authority. I have no control over these charges and cannot predict their exact cost, as customs rules vary significantly by country.
Local customs authorities may hold packages for inspection or awaiting duty payment, which can impact final delivery times.
If you refuse the delivery of a parcel due to unexpected custom fees or fail to collect your package from courier services your package will be returned to my studio. Any return shipping fees, unpaid custom duties, or carrier handling charges incurred in returning the shipment will be deducted from your refund.
Original shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable for refused or unclaimed shipments.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
From July 29th 2026, I will not be accepting international orders until September 1st, 2026. From then, all international orders are processed and dispatched from my home within 3 to 5 business days (excluding UK bank holidays and weekends). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information, if paid for. Estimated delivery times vary by region.
European Union (EU): 3-7 business days
North America (USA & Canada): 5-9 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 7-12 business days
Rest of the World: 7-14 business days
Note: Delivery times are estimates and do not include potential delays caused by local customs processing in your country.

I run this art business as a team of one. Every single print is created, packed and shipping by me with the utmost care to ensure it arrives safely at your doorstep. Because I use standard, untracked shipping to keep delivery costs as low as humanly possible for you, international packages rely on local postal networks and can occasionally take a scenic route through customs.
Whilst unexpected delays are rare postal hiccups can happen outside my control, my priority is always to make sure you receive art you love. If your order seems stuck in transit, please reach out to me - I am always here to help and will work with you to make things right.
